FEATURES: New Sales By Customer report, co-man locations can now be used in purchases, sales, and transfers, apply rounding table prices after deals are applied, and more!
Apply rounding table rules after deal is applied
Sales
Rounding tables are used to adjust calculated prices to implement special price endings/charm pricing strategies. Customer feedback brought to our attention that the rounding rules were not being applied to the final discounted price of products after deals were applied, only the pre-discounted price. This has now been remedied and rounding table rules are correctly applied at all stages. No additional user actions are required.
Pre-conditions
Set up rounding table rules in General Settings.
Product Stock Level Report now shows potential availability for auto-assembly kits
ReportsInventory
Auto-assembled products typically have components in stock, but not the assembled product. Previously this report was showing the available quantity of such products as zero even when enough components to assemble the product were in stock at the location.
With this release, the available quantity will be calculated based on the number of units which can be assembled from the component stock at the location. This applies to products where auto-assembly is enabled.
This report also now shows quantity in transit to the location.
Pre-conditions
Auto-assembly must be enabled for the product.

CRM – Consolidate opportunity import
CRM
Previously, importing opportunities via CSV with the same lead and opportunity date was generating errors or duplicate opportunity entries. With this release, the system will perform a further check of product lines when encountering entries with the same lead and date. If multiple product lines are identified for the same lead and date combination, these entries will be combined into a single opportunity record.

QuickBooks Online – Allow ‘track quantity and price/rate setting to be kept on in QuickBooks
QuickBooks Online
Previously, Cin7 Core required the “Track quantity and price/rate” setting in QuickBooks Online
to be turned off. This was required both to connect Cin7 Core to QuickBooks and to sync data between the two platforms.
With this release, this limitation has been removed and the setting can remain on in QuickBooks if required, however, we still recommend that this setting remain turned off.
Rate (price per time/item) data will also now be exported to QuickBooks along with price and total amount.
Pre-conditions
Applicable to accounts integrated with QuickBooks Online only.

Fixes
RMA: Inconsistency between available return types when creating RMA through Core, B2B portal, and RMA portal resolved.
Settle: Removed locking of other payment methods after choosing to pay with Settle. This was causing ‘locked’ sales if the customer chose not to pay with Settle. All payment methods can now be used at any time.
QuickBooks Online: Sync failing when a service product’s name is changed has now been fixed. If matching by name fails to locate the product, the system will fall back and perform an additional match by SKU.
