Amazon FBA stock levels

We've improved the accuracy of our Amazon FBA stock level sync with Cin7 Core. Previously, Amazon FBA didn't show the correct stock level if the product had no stock on hand, but had allocations.

Header display of sales representative and customer

We've improved the display of the sales representative and customer name in the header for B2B. Previously, the sales representative email would hide the customer name. Now, you can view both of these details in your B2B header.

Unexpected characters in comments

We've fixed an issue that caused extra characters for Shopify orders in the comments field.

Xero

Customer credit sync with current asset

You can now sync customer credits to Xero using Current asset or Bank account as the Clearing account.

If you select:

  • Current asset
    Cin7 Core will generate a manual journal for the customer credit.

  • Bank account
    Cin7 Core will create a Receive money transaction (existing functionality).
