Avalara
Avalara tax rule consistency
Previously, when you added an additional line item such as shipping at the invoice stage, the system would incorrectly apply the tax rule from the product profile instead of using the Avalara tax rule, leading to inconsistent tax calculations.
This has been fixed so that Avalara tax rules are now consistently applied to additional items, regardless of whether they are added at the order or invoice stage.

Cin7 Pay
Cin7 Pay quote payments in Xero and QuickBooks
Previously, when you added a Cin7 Pay payment at the quote stage and the invoice was not authorized, the manual journal created in Core would show a blank value for the order number during sync, resulting in an empty journal number in QuickBooks Online and Xero.
Now, the journal entry displays the sales order number instead, ensuring you always see a meaningful reference for your transactions even if the invoice is not authorized.

Cin7 Pay bulk customers for saved payment methods
You can now add multiple customers to the saved payment method list in Cin7 Pay at once, making it much faster to enable card saving for large customer bases.
A new bulk customers button lets you process all customers who do not already have a saved payment method, with clear messages showing how many were added or failed. All results are logged for your records, and the existing single-customer workflow remains unchanged.
8 February 2026
Cin7 Pay refunds via Stripe embedded component
You can now issue full or partial refunds for payments made through Cin7 Pay directly from the payments list in the Cin7 Pay dashboard.
When a refund is completed this way, a standalone credit note is automatically created to handle the financial transaction, and the process syncs with your accounting integrations. This process does not affect inventory—if you need to receive stock, continue to process refunds via a credit note.
Refunds typically appear on your customer's statement within 5–10 days, and while original payment fees are not returned, there are no extra fees for the refund.

Cin7 Pay payouts enhancements
You can now view your payout balances, estimated payout amounts, and scheduled future payout dates directly from Money > Cin7 Pay > Payouts.
If you use Cin7 Pay and your external account is instant eligible and older than 60 days, you can also trigger an instant payout for a fee. Payout settings are now more flexible, letting you switch between automatic and manual payouts or adjust payout frequency to daily, weekly, or monthly.
8 February 2026
Cin7 Pay payments list filters out incomplete payments by default
You’ll now only see payments that have been started in the Cin7 Pay payments list, with incomplete payments hidden by default.
This change helps you focus on actual payment attempts and reduces confusion caused by seeing payment intents that were never completed. If you need to review all payments, including those marked as incomplete, you can simply clear the default filter to display them.
8 February 2026
Cin7 Pay bulk invoice payments
Your customers can now pay multiple outstanding invoices in a single transaction using Pay Online with Cin7 Pay (via the Pay Online button on an invoice or other sales document).
During checkout, customers can select Bulk payment to add additional invoices and complete one payment for the total amount. Invoices can be filtered by due date, such as overdue, this month, or next month.
When a bulk payment includes more than one invoice, processing fees and any surcharges are allocated proportionally across all invoices based on the amount paid to each invoice. You can fully or partially refund bulk payments by issuing a credit note within an order.
8 February 2026
Cin7 Pay customer email inclusion in Stripe
Previously, when you saved a payment method in Cin7 Pay, the customer’s email address was not included in the Stripe customer record. Now, the system will add the email address to Stripe if the customer has a default contact with an email address, ensuring your Cin7 Pay payment records are more complete and accurate.

Parent-child billing
This update extends the ability to manage parent–child billing relationships in the customer module.
You can now access new MailMerge fields for customer display and parent names across all sales document templates, making it easier to reflect customer hierarchies in generated documents.
The public Customers API now exposes fields for legal entity status, parent relationships, and billing behavior, providing greater consistency and visibility for both UI and API-based workflows.
8 February 2026
Customer management enhancements
You can now search for customers in the customer list using additional customer properties. These properties are also available as columns in the list and are supported for CSV import and export. Change to these properties are also recorded in the customer’s audit and activity logs. The properties include:
Display name
Legal entity
Parent
Bill parent
IsParent (address exports only)

Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR): Free 50-document limit
You can now immediately upload documents to try IDR from day one, without needing to start a separate trial.
You organization receives a shared 50-document cap across both Sales and Purchase, making it easier to explore IDR with no setup or commitment.
The Start trial button has been removed, and clear usage banners now guide you on your remaining allowance and upgrade options.

Reports
Show only active products filter for Sales Demand Forecast Report
A new checkbox, Show only active products, has been added to the Sales Demand Forecast Report.
When enabled, this filter ensures that only products marked as active and sellable are included in both the on-screen and exported reports, helping you focus on relevant inventory and avoid forecasting discontinued or non-sellable items.
The filter is optional and unchecked by default, so you can still view all products if needed.

Shopify
Shopify orders now correctly import customer email addresses
Previously, when the Use company as a customer setting was enabled in Shopify integration, orders from customers with a company assigned to their billing or shipping address did not save the customer's email address in the contact record within Cin7 Core.
This caused missing email details, disrupting automated communications and requiring manual updates. The issue has been resolved so that email addresses from Shopify orders are now properly imported into the corresponding contact records, ensuring smoother customer communications.
8 February 2026
Shopify duplicating contact records when using company as customer
Previously, when the Use company as a customer setting was enabled in your Shopify integration, importing repeat orders from the same customer with a company name could create duplicate contact records in Core.
Now, Core correctly matches existing contacts for these orders, preventing unnecessary duplicates and reducing manual cleanup in both Core and downstream integrations.
8 February 2026
Shopify product variant support
We have increased the number of product variants you can import and export between Core and Shopify.
This removes the previous restriction of 100 variants, so you can manage larger and more complex product catalogs without hitting variant limits.
If the Shopify API encounters an error during large uploads, you’ll now see a clearer message letting you know to try again, while the original error is logged for support.
12 February 2026
Shopify product download reliability
We’ve fixed two issues affecting Shopify product downloads:
When a product previously downloaded from Shopify was deprecated in Core and archived in Shopify, and a new product with the same name was later created in Shopify, downloading the new product would incorrectly update the deprecated product in Core instead of creating a new one. This has been fixed.
When a product was downloaded from Shopify to Core, then deprecated in Core, attempting to download the same product again from Shopify resulted in an error. Now, the product is skipped. Now, the product is skipped, and the skip is recorded in the UI and operations log with details explaining why it was not downloaded.

Shopify order downloads
We fixed an issue where Shopify orders without delivery methods for fulfillments weren’t downloaded.

Transfers
Stock transfers now supports advanced location and bin filtering
You can now filter stock transfers by specific From location and To location directly on the stock transfers page, making it much easier to find transfers arriving at or leaving from a particular site.
For locations that use bins, a new Bins dropdown lets you narrow results even further, including the option to select multiple bins or transfers without bins.
These filters work alongside existing search and status filters, and the selected criteria are clearly summarized on the page for quick reference.

Xero
Xero sync history bulk actions
We have introduced bulk action options for the sync history to improve efficiency and usability of your Xero integration.
You can now select multiple sync records and update their statuses in one go, rather than handling each transaction individually.
8 February 2026
Xero supplier deposit refund removal
When you remove a refund in Xero that was used as a supplier deposit, the system now validates its allocation and sync status before updating records in Core.
If the supplier deposit is not allocated, or is allocated but not yet synced to Xero, the refund, supplier deposit, and any related allocation are removed in Core to keep records in sync.
If the supplier deposit has already been synced to Xero, removal is blocked and a clear error message is shown in the sync history, guiding you to manually remove the refund in Xero.
8 February 2026
Xero customer credit refund removal
When you remove a refund in Xero that was used as a customer credit, the system now validates its allocation and sync status before updating records in Core.
If the customer credit is not allocated, or is allocated but not yet synced to Xero, the refund, customer credit, and any related allocation are removed in Core to keep records in sync.
If the credit has already been synced to Xero, removal is blocked and a clear error message is shown in the sync history, guiding you to manually remove the refund in Xero.
8 February 2026
Xero sync history bulk actions
You can now perform bulk actions on transactions in the sync history of your Xero integration. Use the checkbox in the table header to select all visible transactions (selection is limited to the current page and reset when filters change or you navigate away).

WooCommerce
WooCommerce refunds no longer incorrectly restock items
Previously, when you processed a refund in WooCommerce and left the Restock refunded items option off, Core would still create a restock line and increase your inventory. Now, refunds with restock disabled in WooCommerce will not trigger any restock in Core, keeping your stock levels accurate and in sync.
