Academy
Automatically sign in to the Academy from Cin7 Core
You can now access the Core Academy directly from Core without needing a separate login. If you are already signed in to Core, you will be automatically signed in to the Academy, making it easier to start learning right away. If you are not signed in, you will be redirected to Core to log in before continuing to the Academy.

Cin7 Pay
Duplicate Money receive tasks
Previously, some customers experienced duplicate Receive Money transactions when syncing Cin7 Pay payout transactions. This occurred due to duplicate webhooks being created on Stripe's end. This issue has now been resolved. If duplicate webhooks are received, Cin7 Pay will no longer create duplicate payout transactions.

Show only Current Asset accounts for Xero
When you select your Clearing account for Cin7 Pay (with a Xero integration), you will only see Current Asset accounts. Previously, you could select other account types (e.g. bank accounts) which would cause sync failures.

POS
POS order loading
We have fixed an issue where some POS orders could not be loaded into Core after a subscription lapse and renewal. You can now successfully load all historical POS orders from your POS interface into Core, even if your subscription was previously expired and then renewed.

Products
Products simple prices CSV import
You can now export and import simple product price tiers using a dedicated simple prices CSV template.
This template includes only the essential fields—ProductCode, Name, and all price tiers—making it easier and safer to update pricing without affecting unrelated product data. Access this new option under Inventory → Products → Export/Import → Simple prices.

Inventory import full CSV export
When a CSV import fails, you can now export a full CSV file that includes all rows along with detailed error messages. This allows you to review and correct issues directly in a single file before re-uploading, making the import process faster and easier.

QuickBooks
Sync type settings
Previously, your different sales channels did not consistently use your Sync type setting for Advanced Sale Orders, particularly for No sync or Consolidate options. Now, all of your sales channels will correctly follow your Sync type settings.

Shopify
Improved customer matching
We've improved how Shopify identifies an existing Cin7 Core customer. Previously, Shopify would match a customer if they had a matching name and an empty phone number, even if their email was different. Now, the Shopify integration will ensure the email address matches before updating an existing customer contact. If the email does not match, Shopify will create a new customer in Cin7 Core.

Shopify refund and manual adjustment handling
We've fixed an issue where refunding orders in Shopify caused manual adjustments and service refunds to cancel each other out in Core, leaving a credit note outstanding. Now, service refunds and manual adjustments are handled correctly, preventing information from being added to the wrong fields in the sales order and invoice.
