Amazon
FBA tracking numbers on sales orders
Amazon FBA (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) now correctly pushes tracking numbers from Fulfillment Orders to their associated Sales Orders. Previously, tracking numbers did not transfer to the Sales Order, which prevented shipping updates from flowing back to Shopify.

Authorize.net
Authorize.net sign-ups re-enabled
You can now create new Authorize.net connections from the integration page. We removed the previous restriction on new sign-ups.

eBay
eBay integration improvements
We have updated the eBay integration to use modern APIs for category and metadata management. Trading API endpoints (GetCategoryFeatures, GetCategories) have been replaced by eBay's modern Taxonomy API and Metadata API. This update ensures continued reliability ahead of eBay's May 2026 deprecation deadline. We also resolved an issue where the condition attribute was not correctly marked as a required field in the listing interface.

QuickBooks Online
New QuickBooks Online Payments connections closed
As of 31 May 2026, we no longer accept new connections to QuickBooks Online Payments. Existing users can continue to use the integration as before.

Walmart
Walmart order acknowledgment improvements
We have fixed an issue where Walmart orders already acknowledged in Walmart would fail to update their status in Cin7 Core and display a Failed to acknowledge the order error. The system now correctly recognizes the existing acknowledgment status and updates the order in Cin7 Core accordingly.
