Amazon
Amazon EU carrier validation improvements
You can now select from an updated list of Amazon-approved carriers for shipments to the European Union. This ensures your shipment confirmations remain compliant with new EU regulations.

eBay
eBay CPSC Compliance: Document ID support (US sellers)
From July 8, 2026, eBay requires a Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) compliance Document ID on listings for children's products and new apparel sold on the US marketplace. Core now lets you store this ID in your eBay publishing profile so it's automatically included in every listing sent to eBay.
In the eBay Seller Hub, upload your General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) or Children's Product Certificate (CPC) to get your Document ID.
In Core, go to Integrations → eBay and open the relevant profile.
Enter your Document ID in the new CPSC Compliance section.
Save.
Core will automatically include the Document ID in all listings published using that profile.
Listings already live on eBay will not update automatically. To comply with the July 8 deadline, republish affected products through Core after saving your Document ID to the profile.
Sellers outside the US, or with products outside the affected categories, do not need to take any action. The field is optional and has no effect when left blank.

eBay integration UI fix
We have fixed an issue where certain eBay API error responses during order downloads could cause styling changes to the eBay integration interface. Error details are still captured in the operations log for troubleshooting.

Etsy
Etsy publishing improvements
We have fixed an issue where publishing physical product listings to Etsy failed due to a missing mandatory field. You can now select Readiness states on your Etsy publishing profiles to ensure successful listing creation.

Shopify
Return shipping and restocking fees
Shopify return shipping and restocking fees are now captured as Additional charges on credit notes. Previously, these fees were not included, meaning credit note balances overstated the amount owed to customers.

Duties on Shopify orders
Cin7 Core now handles duties on Shopify orders correctly. If duties are excluded from prices in the Shopify order, Core adds them as a separate charge. If duties are included in prices, no additional charge is added. The same logic applies to credit notes.

Sign in
Changes to how you sign in to Cin7 Core
We are improving the security for Cin7 Core. As part of these changes, we are removing some sign in options and Remember me for 30 days. From the 1st of September 2026, you can't use security questions or alternative emails to sign in. Set up a passkey, switch to another login option, or use 2FA to keep your Cin7 Core access. Contact Cin7 Support if you have any questions about this change.

Charge to card on file
You can now pay for monthly add-ons, onboarding add-ons, and onboarding plans using a saved card on file, without re-entering card details at checkout. On a monthly billing plan, enable Allow charge to card on file in general settings, then use the Charge to card on file button once you've set up a passkey, SSO, or an authenticator app (TOTP).
