Shopify order-level refunds on credit notes
Shopify order-level refunds (refunds not tied to specific order lines) now process correctly on the matching Cin7 Core credit note. They are added as an additional charge line, the Refunds section processes correctly, and the credit note balance nets to $0. Previously, these refunds were left outstanding.

Shopify tax recalculation on edited orders
Tax on Shopify orders edited before download now recalculates against the edited subtotal after a partial refund, so invoice totals and net payments reconcile and the balance due nets to $0. Previously, these orders kept the pre-edit tax amount, leaving an incorrect non-zero balance due on the invoice.
