Here are the latest updates and improvements to Cin7 Core for September 2026.

Cin7 Pay

Pricing updates and new payment methods

We've updated Cin7 Pay's standard pricing for UK and EU merchants and added new ways to get paid. We've lowered premium card rates, improved the rate on cross-border UK and EU cards, and added Revolut Pay, PayTo, and Pay by Bank in selected markets.

These changes apply to all current and future merchants on Cin7 Pay default pricing. If you're on custom pricing, nothing changes for you.

The updates are grouped below by market — the country where your Cin7 Pay account is based.

Australia

  • PayTo now available: You can now accept payments via PayTo at 1% plus A$0.30.

  • Card rates unchanged: Standard domestic card fees stay at 1.65% plus A$0.30, matching Stripe's new pricing effective 1 October 2026. We'll review AU card pricing once the surcharge rules change, but aren't changing default card pricing yet.

Canada

  • Multicurrency settlement fee halved: Now 1%, down from 2%.

Eurozone

  • Standard card rate: Domestic card fees rise slightly from 1.45% to 1.5%, plus the unchanged €0.25 per transaction.

  • Lower premium card rate: Premium domestic card fees drop from 3.05% to 2.5%, plus €0.25.

  • Better rate on UK cards: EU merchants now pay 2.5% plus €0.25 for UK cards — a 0.7% saving.

  • Klarna (BNPL) per-transaction fee: EU merchants now pay a €0.40 per-transaction fee on payments received via Klarna.

  • Pay by Bank now available: Accept payments via Pay by Bank at 1% plus €0.25.

  • Revolut Pay now available: Accept payments via Revolut Pay at 1.6% plus €0.25.

United Kingdom

  • Standard card rate: Domestic card fees rise slightly from 1.45% to 1.5%, plus the unchanged 20p per transaction.

  • Lower premium card rate: Premium domestic card fees drop from 3.05% to 2.5%, plus 20p.

  • Pay by Bank now available: Accept payments via Pay by Bank at 1% plus 20p.

  • Revolut Pay now available: Accept payments via Revolut Pay at 1.6% plus 20p.

United States

  • Multicurrency settlement fee halved: Now 1%, down from 2%.

eBay

eBay publishing: listings no longer fail with an unhandled error

You can now publish products to eBay without running into an “An unhandled error occurred” message. Previously, publishing could fail when the publishing profile’s Condition value was missing or was not a valid eBay condition ID. The Condition dropdown on the publishing profile now always shows the real eBay condition options for the selected category, so the correct condition ID is saved and listings can be published.

If a profile was saved before this fix with a blank or invalid Condition, open the profile, select a condition, and save it again before publishing.

Durability Guarantee field

Within the eBay integration in Cin7 Core, the Publishing Profile section now includes a new Durability Guarantee field.

This field is optional but if a value is entered, it must be a whole number between 3 and 99. Entering a value outside this range will trigger a validation error.

The Durability Guarantee field helps sellers comply with the EU’s Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition (ECGT) Directive. For full details on this requirement, please refer to eBay’s seller documentation.

Replenishment settings improvements

You can now manage assembly locations directly within the Replenished by field in ForesightAI settings to provide a single source of truth for your supply chain origin. This update consolidates your replenishment options and simplifies bulk updates, filters, and product rules by removing the standalone assembly locations column.

Shopify

Order lock date on automatic downloads

Resolved an issue where the Order Lock Date setting in the Shopify integration wasn't being respected when Shopify orders were automatically downloaded into Cin7 Core.

The setting once again prevents automatically downloaded Shopify orders from being saved into Cin7 Core if the created date of the Shopify order is older than the Order Lock Date setting.

Mixed drop-ship fulfillment export

When a Shopify order contains both regular stock items and products set to Always Drop Ship, shipping only the stock items now exports a partial fulfillment to Shopify. Drop-ship lines stay unfulfilled on Shopify. Previously, some fulfillment paths could mark every line as fulfilled, including drop-ship items that were not warehouse-shipped.

This requires Enable Partial Fulfillment to be turned on in the Shopify integration settings.

Order processing improvements

Cin7 Core can now handle significantly larger volumes of Shopify, Amazon, and other ecommerce orders. High-volume events like Black Friday or flash sales no longer cause processing backlogs. Each order type (sales, fulfillments, payments, and refunds) is now processed independently. This means less delay when processing your orders during your biggest sales.

Consolidate orders more frequently

You can now choose how often Cin7 Core consolidates your Shopify orders: every 3, 6, 12, or 24 hours. Previously, consolidation ran only once a day, which could delay grouping when you had a high volume of orders. Set your Consolidation frequency and a Consolidation reference time (the starting point the schedule counts from) in your Shopify settings.
