October 2026

Here are the latest updates and improvements to Cin7 Core for October 2026.

Amazon

Handling time kept during stock updates

Your listing's handling time (lead time to ship) now stays intact when Cin7 Core sends stock quantities to Amazon. Previously, stock updates could overwrite it. Now stock updates change only the quantity, so the handling time set in Amazon Seller Central is kept.

Cin7 Pay

Cin7 Pay standard pricing changing for ACH (US) and BECs (AU)

Cin7 Pay is responding to customer feedback to lower effective pricing for bank-based direct debit payment methods in the US and Australia by removing our minimum fee and adding a maximum fee.

These changes affect all current and future merchants (Cin7 customers using Cin7 Pay for payment processing) on Cin7 Pay default pricing. Merchants on custom pricing will not be affected.

The changes are included below, listed by market (the country that the Cin7 Pay merchant is based in).

Australia

BECs direct debit rate change: Previously, BECs direct debit had a rate of 0.35% with a minimum fee of A$4 and no maximum fee. Now, these payments will cost Cin7 Pay users 0.8% with no minimum fee and a max fee of A$20. This lowers the cost overall by making effective rates for smaller transactions lower due to the removed minimum and lower for larger transactions by adding a maximum fee.

Examples:

  • $100 payment total: $4 with old pricing model, $0.80 with new pricing model ($3.20 less)

  • $1000 payment total: $3.5 with old pricing model, $8 with new pricing model ($4.50 more)

  • $10,000 payment total: $35 with old pricing model, $20 with new pricing model ($15 less)

United States
